SEGA Corporation ha aperto ufficialmente i preordini in europa del SEGA Mega Drive Mini 2, la cui uscita è prevista per il 27 ottobre.
La console in miniatura avrà 60 (+1) giochi, che includono port nuovi di zecca, giochi mai pubblicati prima in inglese e persino una manciata di titoli realizzati per lo sfortunato Sega CD.
Ci saranno alcune differenze tra la console europea/nordamericana e quella giapponese, come Popful Mail, Lunar: The Silver Star o Eternal Blue, e molti speravano anche in Rocket Knight Adventure, ma c’è una varietà piuttosto ampia di titoli sul sistema. I preordini per la console apriranno a settembre in Europa.
Titoli storici come Lightening Force: Quest for the Darkstar (noto anche come Thunder Force IV), Truxton, Streets of Rage 3 e The Ninja Warriors sono solo alcuni dei titoli confermati per il catalogo.
